Mr. Burr and his family have been residents of Bowling Green, Kentucky, for over 25 years and have been very active in city and county civic matters. Mr. Burr and his wife, Doris, have been married for 57 years and have five grown children, 20 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
